Moultonborough fitness club owner inspires family to lose 217 pounds!

This is the real- life, true story of the incredible shrinking family! Diana Talkington, owner of The Red Hill Gym on Route 25 in Moultonborough, NH is the inspired ringmaster who got seven of her family members to collectively lose a total of 217 pounds! Diana got the ball rolling by losing 38 pounds, reducing her overall body fat to 23%, and getting down to a smaller size than before her first child was born. “My family couldn’t believe it!” Impressed with the results, her husband Kevin quickly followed suit and has so far lost 37 pounds. Then Diana’s two sisters got with the program and together lost a total of 52 pounds. A brother-in-law lost over 26 pounds. But the best news is that Diana’s 81-year old mom lost 22 pounds, and it’s the first time her mom has weighed 125 since 1972! What’s more, these amazing success statistics don’t include Diana’s personal friends and gym members who’ve also experienced fast and dramatic weight loss.
The secret: The Medi-Fast Plan, a 25-year old physician-prescribed program that’s medically proven to work. In fact, it’s impossible to not lose weight following the Medi-Fast Take Shape for Life protocol, which is based on eating about 800 to 1,000 calories per day. The eating program is spread out through five portion-controlled meal replacements provided by Medi-Fast and one lean and green meal (meat, poultry or fish and veggies), which dieters prepare for themselves. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you who are members at Red Hill Gym. I appreciate your patronage and enjoy seeing you each time you come into the gym. I know that your health and the health of your loved ones is important to you.
