Five week yoga series taught by Scoop Welch. Five classes for $50 beginning October 9th. Her classes are set to music and begin with breath work, then flow from sun salutations to balancing postures, twists, backbends and inversions. Begin the fall with some extra energy. This five week series is guaranteed to uplift you and a smile will definitely come across your face. |

| TaiChi Experience the gentle stretching, strengthening and total elaxation of Tai Chi. A great and healthy way to relax. Tai Chi is a centuries old Chinese holistic health system that promotes breathing, balance, flexibility, strength and intellectual/spiritual focus through movement.
